“To introduce, promote and enhance awareness of the heritage, culture and traditions of India by organizing various cultural and social events.”

We started in 1999 with a handful of families who wanted their kids to grow up knowing the festivals, food, and traditions they grew up with. Twenty-five years later, our India Day Mela has welcomed more than 10,000 people over the years, and a volunteer leadership of 34 neighbors keeps it all going.
